# Handle Call Transferred Webhooks

> Handle Simple AI call-transferred webhooks to learn when an agent hands a phone call to another number, then fetch the call for details.

The `call.transferred` webhook is sent when the agent transfers the call.

The event tells you which call was transferred. To read the handoff details and the transcript so far, [get the call](/api-reference/calls/get-call) using `call_id`.

### Payload

  The unique identifier (UUID) for the call.

  The type of the webhook event. Will be "call.transferred".
