# Built-In Integrations

> Native integrations with CRMs, contact centers, and helpdesk platforms

Simple AI has built-in integrations with popular business platforms. These require minimal setup — connect your account, configure the integration, and your agents can start using it.

## Contact Center

### Five9

Five9 integration connects Simple AI with your Five9 contact center for call recording sync and live agent transfers.

**What you can do:**

* **Call recording sync** — automatically import call recordings from Five9 into Simple AI for analysis, transcription, and reporting
* **Live agent transfer** — transfer calls from your AI agent to Five9 human agents, with full context passed through
* **Chat transfer** — hand off chat conversations to Five9 agents when the AI cannot resolve the issue

**Setup:**

1. Go to **Settings > Integrations > Five9** in the Simple AI dashboard
2. Connect your Five9 account credentials
3. Configure which recordings to sync and how transfers should be routed

## Knowledge Base Imports

Simple AI can import content from your existing helpdesk platform so your agents have immediate access to your support content without manual re-entry.

### Zendesk

Import articles directly from your Zendesk Help Center into a Simple AI knowledge base.

**What you can do:**

* Automatically sync help center articles into a Simple AI knowledge base
* Keep your agents up to date with the same content your support team uses
* Use imported content alongside custom articles and uploaded files

**Setup:**

1. Create a new knowledge base in the Simple AI dashboard
2. Choose **Import from Zendesk**
3. Enter your Zendesk subdomain (e.g., `yourcompany` for yourcompany.zendesk.com)
4. Simple AI imports your published articles

### Kustomer

Import articles from your Kustomer knowledge base into Simple AI.

**What you can do:**

* Automatically sync knowledge base articles from Kustomer
* Give your agents access to existing support documentation
* Combine Kustomer content with other knowledge sources

**Setup:**

1. Create a new knowledge base in the Simple AI dashboard
2. Choose **Import from Kustomer**
3. Enter your Kustomer subdomain (e.g., `yourcompany` for yourcompany.kustomer.com)
4. Simple AI imports your articles

## CRM Integrations

### Salesforce

Connect Simple AI with Salesforce to keep your CRM in sync with call activity.

**What you can do:**

* Log calls and outcomes as activities in Salesforce
* Sync contact and account data so your agents have context during calls
* Trigger workflows in Salesforce based on call results

**Setup:**

Contact your account team at [support@usesimple.ai](mailto:support@usesimple.ai) to set up the Salesforce integration. Configuration varies based on your Salesforce edition and the data you want to sync.

### Microsoft Dynamics 365

Connect Simple AI with Dynamics 365 to sync call data and contact records.

**What you can do:**

* Log call activity and outcomes in Dynamics 365
* Look up contact and account details during calls
* Keep your Dynamics records updated with the latest call data

**Setup:**

## E-Commerce

### Shopify

Connect Simple AI with Shopify so your agents can access order, product, and customer data during calls.

**What you can do:**

* **Order lookup** — agents can look up order status, tracking numbers, and delivery estimates during a call
* **Customer lookup** — pull up customer profiles, order history, and account details by phone number or email
* **Returns and exchanges** — initiate returns or exchanges directly from a call based on your Shopify policies
* **Product information** — answer questions about product availability, pricing, and variants

**Setup:**

Contact your account team at [support@usesimple.ai](mailto:support@usesimple.ai) to connect your Shopify store. Configuration includes which data your agents can access and what actions they can perform.

## Communication and Notifications

### Slack

Send call summaries, alerts, and escalation notifications to your Slack workspace.

**What you can do:**

* **Post-call summaries** — automatically post call summaries, outcomes, and analyzer results to a Slack channel after each call
* **Escalation alerts** — notify a channel or individual when a call needs human follow-up
* **Campaign updates** — get notified when campaigns start, complete, or hit issues
* **Real-time alerts** — trigger Slack messages based on call events like negative sentiment or failed transfers

**Setup:**

### Microsoft Teams

Send call notifications and summaries to Microsoft Teams channels, and integrate with Teams telephony.

**What you can do:**

* **Post-call summaries** — automatically post call outcomes and key details to a Teams channel
* **Escalation alerts** — notify your team when a call requires human attention
* **Telephony integration** — route calls between Simple AI and Teams Phone System via SIP (see [SIP Integration](/sip-integration))
* **Agent handoff** — transfer calls from your AI agent directly to a Teams user

## Automation

### Zapier

Connect Simple AI to thousands of apps through Zapier without writing any code.

**What you can do:**

* **Trigger Zaps from call events** — start a Zapier workflow when a call completes, a tag is applied, or an analyzer extracts a specific result
* **Post-call workflows** — automatically create CRM records, send emails, update spreadsheets, or notify your team after calls
* **Campaign triggers** — kick off Zapier workflows based on campaign outcomes
* **Connect to any app** — Zapier supports thousands of apps, so you can connect Simple AI to tools that do not have a native integration

**Common Zap examples:**

* Call completes → create a HubSpot contact with call details
* Negative sentiment detected → send an email to the support manager
* Analyzer extracts a qualified lead → add a row to Google Sheets
* Call tagged "follow-up needed" → create a task in Asana or Monday.com

**Setup:**

## SMS and Messaging

### Attentive

Connect Simple AI with Attentive for SMS marketing event tracking.

**What you can do:**

* Track custom events from call outcomes in Attentive
* Trigger SMS marketing flows based on call results
* Sync user and phone number data between Simple AI and Attentive

**Setup:**
