Handle Call Started Webhooks

The call.started webhook is sent when a call is created and the agent is connecting. It is sent for both inbound and outbound calls. See the webhooks guide for delivery behavior, signature verification, retries, and webhook setup.

The direction of the call: “inbound” or “outbound”.
